Reviews human resource activities vital to the health of an agency: The most important systems and practices to have in place to ensure legal compliance and and engaged and effective workforce. Covers crucial elements to have in place and provides tools to implement best practices in your organization. 

Part 3 | Employee Retention Strategies | July 11 — 3 p.m. Pacific Time

Covers critical area of employee retention to avoid costly turnover. Studies show that workplaces that demonstrate the value they place in their employees—and put into place policies and practices that reflect effective retention practices—benefit from worker commitment and productivity. Provides information on how to improve retention practices, increasing employee satisfaction and saving valuable resources.
