Early Bird Special: Receive 10% off your registration 6/30/25 – 7/30/25 end of day. On 7/30/25 pricing will return to the regular registration rate.
Late registration starts 9/8/26.
All late registrations will automatically include a 10% fee increase.

Individual and group pricing upon request is available. Additionally, attendees will be offered the opportunity to bundle their conference registration with a 12-month subscription to continued.com’s Early Child Education Online. With over 350+ courses online, this resource is extensive and accessible 24/7, 365. Professional development designed with Head Start WEST’s community in mind.

Conference- Single Access – $980.00 per person
PD Bundle with 12 months of continued.com – $1,070.00 per person
Virtual Conference only – $375.00 per person
HAWAII AGENCIES ONLY – Day Only 10/15 or 10/16 – $325.00
