November 5, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - November 7, 2019 @ 2:00 pm PST

The Quality Improvement Summit is returning to Long Beach with entirely new content to help strengthen your team’s impact.  It consists of a pre-training and a two-day, plenary style conference, offering the tools and resources to move from traditional compliance to measurable outcomes. For Head Start programs, it offers unique insight into Performance Standard requirements.  Last year’s Summit had over 200 program leaders from 26 states attend.

Outstanding Content

Improvement science is a process that demands new competencies and resources.  Our presenters will address key topics, with a focus on the unique needs of early childhood programs:

  • Leadership strategies

  • Measurement and Assessment
  • Data Science
  • Predictive Analytics
  • Facilitated Peer Exchange

Dr. Blanca Enriquez will offer the closing keynote.
While serving as Director of the federal Office of Head Start,
Dr. Enriquez oversaw the development of the current Performance Standards.
