Evidence Says! Webinar Series – Adult Learning

This webinar presented by Lexi Alexander from the series will explore current research on best practices related to professional learning for early childhood educators and explore interventions that have successfully implemented such practices. Primarily, a model of knowledge building, support for transfer of knowledge to practice, and the provision of opportunities for collaborative reflection (KPR) will be discussed. Attendees will have opportunities to interact through polls throughout the session and will be provoked to reflect on their own practices as they relate to adult learning.
