Imagination Yoga: Mindfulness & Movement Every Day

April 8 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm PDT

Led by Jamie Dix and Jessica McClintic – Imagination Yoga

Description:  Join Jamie Dix and Jessica McClintic as they offer you creative ways to encourage more breath, movement, mindfulness and imagination into your interactions with children and families during this unique time.  This webinar includes access to a visual aid (in English and Spanish) that you can begin using immediately to promote movement, calm and imagination with the children and families you are serving (and yourself!). The content we are covering will also create a fantastic re-entry activity when it is time to go back to school and resume home-visits.

This workshop is designed to be accessible for everyone and can be done from a chair or seated on the floor.

Please visit www.imaginationyoga.com prior to the webinar to receive the PDF we will be using during the webinar. When you arrive at the website wait for the pop up window, enter your email address and a PDF of the kid friendly yoga flow will be sent directly to your inbox. Please have this PDF on hand during the webinar. If you have issues receiving the PDF please email, info@imaginationyoga.com
