Move Into Wellness Webinar

Led by Jen Stillion – Move Into Wellness

This is a wellness and stress management workshop for educators and parents that includes a variety of tools using creative movement and mindfulness exercises to bring balance, health and joy into the workplace and into the home.

This program is designed specifically to help you release stress, anxiety and shift your fears especially during this time.

Move Into Wellness is a virtual interactive experience with uplifting activities and wellness practices including:

• Creative Movement/Dance

• Affirmations

• Journaling

• Visualization

• Meditation

• Emotional Freedom Technique

Participants will gain powerful tools and techniques to manage their mental, emotional and physical health in their everyday life as little as 20 minutes a day. Parents will receive ideas and ways to take care of themselves while they are home with their children.

Participants will enjoy this fun experience by learning easy to follow dance routines to popular hits, fun dance games for the whole family, and interactive team building exercises. They will also discover freedom in managing stress and anxiety and learn to feel better about themselves.

For this interactive session, participants will need access to:
-a notebook/paper and a pen
-space to dance

You will be doing some writing as well as moving!

About Jen Stillion:

Jen Stillion is a wellness coach specializing in work with early childhood educators. After a decade of working closely with preschool directors and teachers, Jen realized that there is a desperate need for a fun and balanced wellness program to help alleviate the daily stresses and health issues of the preschool educator. It is Jen’s mission to provide education, training and tools that will give the support that early childhood educators and staff need to live and work in health, wellness and balance. Jen also trains teachers on how to bring wellness practices to their students.
