In partnership with Region 9 Head Start Association’s Training West, Transition To Success (TTS) Training for Head Start Staff is a forward approach to change the way our country responds to poverty through our government, healthcare organizations, human services, faith-based entities, and educational programs.

It is time for change in how we approach our work with families and communities in poverty, how we view poverty and how we provide significant, intentional and respectful services and support to those in need.

Organizations must change their way of thinking and the delivery of service to truly impact families, children, individuals and the community as a whole.  Transition to Success will transform our response to poverty and our understanding of success, self-sufficiency and the following of our dreams.
