During this session, we will hear from three distinguished voices working to advance understanding of COVID Vaccines and reduce hesitancy in critical populations.
Hawaii Lt. Governor Dr. Josh Green – Dr. Josh Green is a local physician, husband, and father of two who has dedicated his life to caring for Hawaii families. Currently, Dr. Green serves as Hawaii’s 14th lieutenant governor and was elected in 2018. Priorities of his office include the Homelessness crisis, healthcare disparities and statewide medical staff shortage, and lack of affordable housing. With the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020.
Dr. Thaddeus Juarez, a Psychiatrists working with Pacific Clinics in Los Angeles, CA is supporting Early Head Start parents and staff. He will address hesitancy among the populations they serve.
Dr. John Molina is Pascua Yaqui and Yavapai-Apache. He is the Compliance Officer for Native Health, an Urban Indian Health Center and Affiliate Faculty with the University of Arizona, College of Public Health.
Each panelist will speak for about 15 minutes and the session will conclude with a Q & A.
