pattern pattern

R9HSA believes the secret ingredient to the Head Start advantage is our staff. Passionate and knowledgeable, committed to innovations and evidence-based practices, our family advocates, educators, health associates, managers and program leaders are committed to excellence. The goal of the PD Collaborative is to connect agency leaders who are assigned to assess, plan, and delivery internal professional development services to staff at all career levels. Drawing from regulations, improvement science, and agency goals, this collaborative will explore effective strategies to elevate their teams.

Networking calls via Zoom, and in 2022 in-person.

Networks participation is limited to managers and directors in their respective topic areas. Participants are encouraged to email questions or agenda topics to alozano@region9hsa.org.
