Alejandra Lozano
Program Manager - Training and Events

Alejandra is the Program Manager – Training and Events for Region 9 Head Start Association. After immigrating from Mexico her family resided in Mendocino County. She attended Mendocino College in Ukiah, CA, and obtained an Associate of Arts and Science. She worked for three years at The Silver Orange Teen Center, in Sacramento.

For this organization, she planned events, provided graphics arts support, and social media. Prior to that, she worked with the Sacramento State University Health and Wellness Center and Migrant Education Program in Butte County. She brings to region 9 Head Start Association membership services her experience from working with diverse families and individuals in the nonprofit sector and education. She is fluent in English and Spanish and dedicated to bringing her best to customer relations and services to Region 9 Head Start Association.
