As an Executive Coach and Consultant Larry helps Directors build exceptional leadership teams. His familiarity as a former Executive Director of Head Start uniquely positions himself having walked in the Director’s “shoes.”   His expertise enables him to drive change using professional coaching techniques to help the C-Suite leaders achieve organizational effectiveness and implement strategic initiatives. From this vantage point he is very skillful at utilizing coordinated approaches to break silos, training Education Coaches on core tenants of professional coaching frameworks, building a culture of continuous quality improvement, cultivating programs capability to improve management systems, achieving long-range program goals, and solving systemic problems.  He also consults with Head Start board of directors supporting them in strategic planning as well the development of vision and mission statements.  Larry is available for keynote speaking engagements, Pre-Service and Professional Development days.

Larry is a member of the Certified Coaches Alliance holding credentials in both executive and organizational development coaching. He also holds a certificate in Change Management from Cornell University.  Larry is a graduate of the UCLA Fellows Program.
