This BeWell moment offers a short, gentle movement practice designed to nourish the body during the workday. Through grounding, slow movement, and gratitude, you’re invited to release tension from the shoulders, back, and hands. The BeWell Curriculum offers the Head Start community gentle, supportive moments throughout the day that steady the mind, care for the body, and help the work feel more sustainable.
This BeWell moment is a short, guided meditation designed to help you intentionally shift how you feel during the workday. Using the idea of the mind as a radio dial, you’re invited to choose a thought that creates the feeling you need most: calm, energy, hope, focus, or inspiration.

I have been to management workshops, not leadership training. This has totally changed my perspective and encouraged me to propel forward in developing my skills.
