The Early Head Start Network is a professional learning community for managers and directors working in Early Head Start programs around the region. This network meets six times per year. Led by a leadership team that includes several program staff, regional TTA, consultants and association staff. The goal of each meeting is to present information, reflect on challenges facing local programs and share resources and strategies that are effective. Network meetings are intended to inform, connect, and inspire high quality services for our children and families. Learn more.

I have been to management workshops, not leadership training. This has totally changed my perspective and encouraged me to propel forward in developing my skills.
I am honored and humbled to be a recipient of the Head Start WEST’s Legacy Scholarship. The scholarship helped me get one step closer to achieving my goal of becoming a Head Start Director.
