In this virtual workshop with Voya and Dimensional Fund Advisors, we will breakdown the major recent changes in the retirement plan market for both 401(k) and 403(b) plans, focusing on a fairly new type of retirement offering that streamlines risk and responsibility of operating a complex qualified retirement program – the Pooled Employer Plan [PEPs].
PEPs are designed to allow employers to pool their resources to access better benefits, service, and costs with fewer administrative responsibilities.
