The goal of the PD Collaborative is to connect agency leaders who are assigned to assess, plan, and delivery internal professional development services to staff at all career levels. Drawing from regulations, improvement science, and agency goals, this collaborative will explore effective strategies to elevate their teams.
I have been to management workshops, not leadership training. This has totally changed my perspective and encouraged me to propel forward in developing my skills.
