Presented by George Fraser, Fraser Group

Join us for an informational webinar on how to use utilize retirement planning as an essential tool for employee recruitment and retainment.  In this session, George Fraser of the Fraser Group will share his proven strategy on creating healthier, happier, and more productive team members by reducing financial stress and creating hope for a better retirement. In 2017 George was awarded the inaugural TAPO (Top Advisor for Participant Outcomes) by 401k Specialist Magazine.  He will share his unique education model, research by scholars at UCLA that can result in up to 60% more in retirement income for low-wage earners. Foremost Behavioral Finance scholar, Shlomo Benartzi (UCLA, Anderson School of Management, partner of Richard Thaler, University of Chicago, Nobel Laureate) has commented that George’s “PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR®” model will change the way people save all around the world.

George will share the success of two grantees in the region,  Foundation for Early Childhood Education, led by Marci Houchen, and KidZCommunity-Placer Community Action Council, Inc, led by Denyse Cardoza, have benefited from the touch and support of The Fraser Group.  Today George’s plans and programs are now award-winning and George will discuss how that can be of value and benefit to you and the ones you support.

George Fraser of The Fraser Group.  “Head Start’s Financial Angel” as described by keyboard members within Region 9 Head Start Association for his work raising scholarship sponsors over the past several years. In addition to the discussion of Retirement Planning strategies, George will give a quick update on how the gift of the scholarship fund began, where it is today, and where it will be going to serve staff and parents across the region and ultimately across the nation.

In this 45 minute presentation you will learn about the fundamentals of a successful retirement plan including the following:

*Importance of Social Security education (over 500 ways to take SS and 73% take reduced $)
