Rick Mockler, MA, MPA serves as principal for Early Intel.  Services include:

    • Data Audits – Review a program’s capacity and data integrity, examining tools, processes, analytics and decision making. Illuminate what is “under the hood” and how to improve.
    • Workflow Mapping – Map the steps for data ingestion: collection, coding, monitoring, entry, tracking and storage, and then identify ways to simplify and streamline.
    • Quality Improvement Planning — Help programs identify tools and strategies for measurably improving child and family outcomes.
    • Early Impact Summit – Organize and host Early Impact, the only event for early childhood program leaders dedicated entirely to performance measurement and quality improvement.
