Elevate Your Energy in 2024? 

As we prepare to bring in the new year, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on the energy that surrounds us – the very essence that shapes the life we’ve created. Everything, including ourselves, is a manifestation of energy, and the most dynamic power lies within our minds and spirits. In this exciting new year, let’s embark on a journey to understand and connect with this powerful energy making all our resolutions a reality. 

As I reflect on my time in education, I’ve always been passionate about creating a positive community –not just for students but for everyone, including myself. This desire was born out of a childhood devoid of such positivity. Studying my family dynamics, I yearned to build more loving relationships. Seven years ago, I took a leap of faith, leaving my role as a school principal to follow my heart and dedicated my life to helping individuals, schools, and organizations create and sustain a positive culture. 

My journey led me to a profound realization – a positive culture begins with each individual understanding who they are and how they present themselves to the world.  How many of us struggle with that one person at work who is unaware of their negative behavior?  How many of us tolerate negativity thinking that if we ignore it long it enough, it will eventually go away?   

In recent years, I’ve immersed myself in teaching individuals, leaders, and teams to understand and assess their personal energy. This has been a fascinating exploration as I see people literally waking up and instead of blaming others or events for their circumstances, they begin to look within themselves for the answers. 

My latest endeavor: an eBook titled “The Energy Map: Your Team’s Path from Conflict to Empowerment,” provides a map and tools to guide you and your team in assessing your energy, identifying factors that keep you in low levels, and moving towards a space of peace and fulfillment. 

Drawing inspiration from Dr. David Hawkins’ research, my eBook unveils five distinct energy levels that form the foundation of the map. Beyond the pages of the eBook, I am traveling the country, delivering customized training and keynotes to help teams assess their own energy.
