Kristen Hayes, MPM, is a management consultant for Head Start administrators. Drawing upon her years of experience working as a policy analyst and program specialist for the federal government, she assists Head Start administrators in securing grants and managing programs to achieve impact. I have been to management workshops, not leadership training. This has totally changed my perspective and encouraged me to propel forward in developing my skills.
