This academy targets individuals responsible for the oversight of one or more child development centers to help them align the operations of each site with the goals of the organization. Site Directors play a critical role for their agencies. They serve as the organizational link to the broader mission and the representative of your programs to parents, neighbors, and staff. Head Start WEST, in partnership with InnoVisions, a social enterprise of Neighborhood House Association in San Diego, CA, has created this three-day, six-module, intensive training.
