20 minutesPanel Discussion: Impact of Current Events on Agencies
Co-facilitators Bevan Richardson (SETA), Pamela Martinez (Pacific Clinics), and Sheri Green Johnson (SETA) will discuss how recent developments have impacted their respective agencies. They will initiate a conversation on the most pressing challenges and share their approaches to managing these issues within their organizations.

30 minutesBreakout Sessions: Reflection & Tool Sharing
Participants will break into smaller groups to engage in focused discussions. The goal of these sessions is to reflect on the current landscape and share strategies, tools, and resources that have been effective in their agencies. We will explore common challenges, identify areas where support is needed, and collaborate on potential solutions.

3:00 PM

30 minutesGroup Sharing & Action Planning
After reconvening, we will use Padlet technology to facilitate the sharing of insights and key takeaways from the breakout sessions. Participants will highlight the most significant challenges they are facing, the tools that have proven useful, and the strategies they plan to implement moving forward. We will also discuss how these collective insights can drive meaningful change in our work and benefit the individuals we serve.
