The Avery and Brian Experience was created in 2018 to help families and organizations focus on developing healthy relationships. What started as a conversation over dinner about helping our local community has led us to speak in front of more than 35,000 people and counting.
Our journey as motivational speakers and workshop facilitators has led us to present keynote addresses at corporate conferences, college faculty retreats, business leadership roundtables, unified school district events, commencement ceremonies, and sorority/ fraternity conventions.
Brian spent over 20 years in Executive Sales Leadership positions with AT&T and Bank of America. During that time, he coached and developed current company leaders and generated over 25 million dollars in sales revenue. In 2018, he retired from corporate America to found his own company, Respectology LLC. He is a certified social and emotional intelligence coach, a Train-the-Trainer Facilitator, and a 2015 TEDx presenter. Additionally, Brian has been honored as a Jr NBA/WNBA Coach of the Year recipient. This annual award is given to only thirty coaches out of more than 50,000 in the United States and Canada. Brian is an alumnus of San Francisco State University.
Avery is a master at the art of relationship building and has used that mastery to forge meaningful friendships with people all around the world. He is a graduate of Sacramento State University, where he graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in communications. He has studied in Sydney, Australia, and interned at the Washington, DC, public relations firm kglobal. I have been to management workshops, not leadership training. This has totally changed my perspective and encouraged me to propel forward in developing my skills.
I am honored and humbled to be a recipient of the Region 9 Head Start Association’s Legacy Scholarship. The scholarship helped me get one step closer to achieving my goal of becoming a Head Start Director.
I took part in The disproportionate impact of COVID 19, and how to provide “real” support for black/brown children and families and I just want to say this was an amazing webinar. I hope we can look forward to further conversation on this topic.
Thank you so much for making events like this! I really enjoyed and learned so much teaching strategies to implement STEM in the classroom.
The HR Network was an excellent opportunity to network and learn the best practices from other HR professionals within Head Start programs. You will be amazed by the level of talent and experience of the participants.
The Summer Camp training was powerful and inspiring! Each presenter was very engaging, it’s hard to even pick a favorite session!
The Leadership Challenge training was very relevant to my work as a Head Start leader! Great facilitation; stayed with the program yet allowed time for individual and small group reflections.
