Why

This is exciting new series for our community – Life Bites: a webinar series elevating your professional wellness!  Why Life Bites?  Challenging times require new approaches in wellness.  In this series, we will set aside all the jargon and focus on how to bring forward a consciousness that sustains you – in all the roles you manage – at home and at work.  You will learn, laugh and may cry a tear or two along the way!

Life Bites, presented in partnership with The Avery and Brian Experience, is a virtual series designed to deliver relevant and useful tools for personal and professional development for your workplace community. Each 45-minute session is purposefully structured to be engaging and interactive so attendees of the series will have a positive experience. Who

The Avery and Brian Experience was created in 2018 to help families and organizations focus on developing healthy relationships. What started as a conversation over dinner about helping our local community has led us to speak in front of more than 35,000 people and counting.

Our journey as motivational speakers and workshop facilitators has led us to present keynote addresses at corporate conferences, college faculty retreats, business leadership roundtables, unified school district events, commencement ceremonies, and sorority/ fraternity conventions.

Brian spent over 20 years in Executive Sales Leadership positions with AT&T and Bank of America. During that time, he coached and developed current company leaders and generated over 25 million dollars in sales revenue. In 2018, he retired from corporate America to found his own company, Respectology LLC. He is a certified social and emotional intelligence coach, a Train-the-Trainer Facilitator, and a 2015 TEDx presenter. Additionally, Brian has been honored as a Jr NBA/WNBA Coach of the Year recipient. This annual award is given to only thirty coaches out of more than 50,000 in the United States and Canada. Brian is an alumnus of San Francisco State University.

Avery is a master at the art of relationship building and has used that mastery to forge meaningful friendships with people all around the world. He is a graduate of Sacramento State University, where he graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in communications. He has studied in Sydney, Australia, and interned at the Washington, DC, public relations firm kglobal. Avery has facilitated workshops around the United States on the power of soft skills in the workplace. He has extensive work experience in collegiate athletics, social and emotional intelligence training, and mindfulness.
